MEETINGS

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors meets on the third Tuesday of every odd-numbered month.  In 2023, the Board of Directors will meet on Monday in March; March 20, and Tuesdays for the remaining meetings; May 16, July 18, September 19 and November 21.  Currently, our meetings will be virtual. Please email faithoutreachfoundation@hotmail.com if you would like to attend.

Committee Meetings

The Grant Review Committee will meet one week prior to the board meetings.  Deadlines for getting an application to us in enough time that we can review it prior to our meetings in 2023 are:  March 7 May 2,  July 4,  September 2 and November 7.

The Membership Committee, Investment Committee, Nominating Committee, Long-Range Planning Committee and ad hoc committees meet on different days and times from the Board of Directors.  If you would like to volunteer to serve on a committee, please call or email us.

Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting is usually held in January.  Written notice of the date, time and place of the meeting will be mailed to all members at least ten (10) days prior to the meeting.  In order to vote at this meeting, you must have paid your dues no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the Annual Meeting.  If you have not paid your dues yet, you may pay them on our website with a credit or debit card or download the membership form and mail it along with your check.  The notice of the Annual Meeting will be mailed no later than January 1 each year to every member who is entitled to vote.  Please return your proxies and/or attendance forms as soon as possible so we can prepare for the meeting.  Annual meetings will be held virtually until further notice.
